- Analysis of the application form and deciding on the deadlines of the monthly reports to the coordinating country;
- Discussion over Italy, the country that could not be present….;

c) Didactic activities:
During the mobility in Turkey the teams finalized the didactic activities initiated in September 2011.Each country in the project came up with a local tale/legend, translated in native language afterwards. Tales were exchanged and PPTs displayed and presented by the students.Each PPt presentation spoke about the defining elements of the countries involved in the project.
The success of this meeting resides in the wonderful organization and interesting programme promoted by the Turkish team. The students were hosted in families during the whole mobility, visited the school, communicated in English and had the opportunity to familiarize with the Turkish educational system.
d) Thematic visits:
The thematic visits organized by the Turkish Comenius team combined two important elements : on the one hand all the project partners had the opportunity to know Elazig from a geographic, historic , educational, cultural and social point of view. On the other hand, everyone discovered the places of origin, of inspiration for the Turkish fairy tale. The visits to Sivrice, to Harput, to Keban have been a venture to the history, geography, ethnography, local culture promoted by Turkish old literature.
The results of the first project meeting are obvious. Communication in English all along the mobility, improvement of skills, efficient and effective communication within the group. Photos, testimonials, PPts, fairy tales are just some of the results deriving from the first meeting.
